Slack integration — booking notifications in a channel
Post a message to a Slack channel whenever someone books, cancels or reschedules through your WhenMeet.me booking link. Connect with “Add to Slack” or paste an incoming-webhook URL.
What WhenMeet.me does with Slack
“Add to Slack” asks only for the incoming-webhook permission; you pick the channel on Slack’s consent screen. Alternatively paste a Slack incoming-webhook URL. New-booking messages include who booked, the link, the time with time zone, guests, up to five answers and Join / Meeting page links. A “Send test” button posts a sample message.
What happens when a meeting is booked, moved or cancelled
Booked A “New booking” message is posted to the channel.
Rescheduled A “Rescheduled” message shows the new time and the old one.
Cancelled A “Cancelled” message is posted with the reason.
How to set it up
Sign in to WhenMeet.me and open /links. In Integrations, click Add to Slack and choose the channel (or paste an incoming-webhook URL). Click Send test to check the message arrives.
Permissions requested
WhenMeet.me requests only the OAuth scopes it actually needs:
