Google Meet links on every meeting and booking
When your Google Calendar is connected, WhenMeet.me adds a Google Meet link to the calendar event it creates — for group meetings you confirm and for bookings through your booking link.
What WhenMeet.me does with Google Meet
- The Meet link is created by Google Calendar on the event written to the host’s calendar.
- Booking links default to Google Meet when the host’s first connected calendar is Google.
- Invitees get the link in the calendar invite and the ICS email.
- No separate Meet setup: connecting Google Calendar is enough.
What happens when a meeting is booked, moved or cancelled
- Booked
- The event is created on the host’s Google Calendar with a Google Meet conference attached.
- Rescheduled
- The same event moves to the new time; the Meet link stays.
- Cancelled
- The event is cancelled on the host’s calendar and attendees are notified.
How to set it up
- Connect Google Calendar (sign in with Google).
- Confirm a group meeting or share your booking link — Meet links are added automatically.
