Microsoft Teams links on every meeting and booking
With a Microsoft 365 work or school account connected, WhenMeet.me creates the event as a Teams meeting — for group meetings you confirm and for bookings through your booking link.
What WhenMeet.me does with Microsoft Teams
- The Teams link is created by Microsoft on the event written to the host’s Outlook calendar.
- Booking links default to Microsoft Teams when the host’s first connected calendar is Microsoft.
- Invitees get the link in the calendar invite and the ICS email.
- Requires a Microsoft 365 work or school account; personal Outlook.com accounts can’t create Teams links.
What happens when a meeting is booked, moved or cancelled
- Booked
- The event is created on the host’s Outlook calendar as an online Teams meeting.
- Rescheduled
- The same event moves to the new time.
- Cancelled
- The event is cancelled on the host’s calendar and attendees are notified.
How to set it up
- Connect Microsoft Outlook (sign in with Microsoft).
- Confirm a group meeting or share your booking link — Teams links are added automatically.
