Add a public iCloud calendar in Settings to include its busy times in WhenMeet.me availability. The feed is read-only: WhenMeet downloads its iCalendar data to calculate busy intervals, then retains only those intervals. Sign-in and creating events still use a connected Google or Microsoft calendar.
Publish each iCloud calendar separately in Apple Calendar, then paste its public webcal:// or https:// link in Settings → Calendars.
WhenMeet checks the feed about every 15 minutes and offers a manual refresh action.
The public link lets anyone who has it view published event details. WhenMeet does not show the link or event details in your account and retains only busy intervals for availability.
The feed is read-only. A connected Google or Microsoft calendar remains the sign-in and event-writing calendar.
If you do not publish a calendar, you can mark availability at /free; the host who sent you a personal link sees those times alongside connected calendar availability.
You still get the invite email with an ICS attachment that Apple Calendar opens natively.
You can view the shared meeting page, propose alternate times and accept the calendar invitation like any other guest.
How to set it up
In Apple Calendar on iPhone or iPad, open Calendars, tap the info button next to the iCloud calendar, turn on Public Calendar, then tap Share Link and copy the URL.
On Mac, show the calendar list, open the share controls for your iCloud calendar, turn on Public Calendar, then copy or send its link. On iCloud.com, open Calendar, select the calendar info button, turn on Public Calendar, and choose Copy.
Sign in to WhenMeet.me with Google or Microsoft, open Settings → Calendars, choose Add iCloud Calendar, paste the link, and save.

Can WhenMeet read a private iCloud calendar?
No. The calendar owner must turn on Public Calendar and add its published link in WhenMeet. You can turn off Public Calendar in Apple Calendar to revoke access; anyone who already has the link can view the published events while it remains public.
Does WhenMeet store iCloud event titles?
The public iCalendar feed is downloaded temporarily so its events can be expanded and checked. WhenMeet retains only busy intervals for availability; event titles and the URL are not shown in the account interface.
Can I create bookings in iCloud?
The iCloud feed is read-only. Sign in and create bookings with a connected Google or Microsoft calendar; WhenMeet checks the iCloud feed as an additional source of busy time.
What if I do not want to publish my calendar?
You can continue to mark available times manually at /free. A personal link shares those times with its host; sharing them more broadly requires confirming by email.
