Connect your HubSpot account and WhenMeet.me reads your personal meeting links, previews them with warnings, and recreates the ones you choose as booking links. HubSpot has no bulk export of scheduling pages, so this is the quickest way out.

How to switch from HubSpot Meetings
Open Import in WhenMeet.me. Sign in and go to Links → Import & embed, then choose HubSpot as the source.
Connect HubSpot. Click Connect HubSpot and approve access. If you connected earlier without import access, click Reconnect.
Preview the import. Click Preview import. WhenMeet.me lists your personal links, the team links it skipped and the settings to review.
Import the links you want. Untick what you do not need and click the Import button (for example "Import 3 links").
Check hours and rebuild team links. Open each link under Link types to confirm weekly hours and video. Recreate round robin or group pages with + New link type and the Team link option.
Replace meetings.hubspot.com links everywhere. HubSpot cannot redirect old meeting links, so swap them in your email signature, website, LinkedIn, CRM sequences and templates.
Questions about switching from HubSpot Meetings
Can I export my HubSpot scheduling pages directly?
No. HubSpot has no bulk export of scheduling pages, which is why WhenMeet.me reads them through the HubSpot connection instead.
Will my old meetings.hubspot.com links redirect?
No. HubSpot does not support redirects for meeting links, so replace them wherever they appear.
Are round robin pages imported?
No. Round robin and group links are listed as skipped. Recreate them as a WhenMeet.me team link.
Do my weekly hours carry over?
Not automatically. The imported link follows your WhenMeet.me profile hours and the preview flags it, so check hours on each link.
Will bookings still log to HubSpot?
Yes, once HubSpot is connected in WhenMeet.me integrations, bookings can be logged to the CRM.
