The candidate sees the same availability heat-map your panel does, picks or proposes a slot, and the interview lands in everyone’s calendar with a Google Meet link (Google) or Microsoft Teams link (Teams-enabled Microsoft 365 work/school).
Google and Microsoft availability comes from Free/Busy requests; published iCloud feeds are parsed temporarily and only busy intervals are retained. The shared meeting page shows aggregated free counts, so a candidate never sees who on the panel is busy or with what. Calendar details are not displayed to other participants.
