There is no Doodle importer, and you rarely need one: a Doodle poll lives for one meeting. Start your next group meeting in WhenMeet.me instead — connected calendars show when people are free, so nobody has to vote.
Nothing is imported automatically — there is no Doodle importer
What you set up again
Open polls — finish them in Doodle or start the meeting again in WhenMeet.me
Doodle booking pages — recreate them as WhenMeet.me booking links
Recurring group meetings — schedule the next one in WhenMeet.me
How to switch from Doodle
Open Find a time. Go to /app and sign in with Google or Microsoft so your calendar is read automatically.
Add the people. Type names or emails into "Meet with" and pick a duration.
Pick a slot. Choose from Best times or the week grid; guests without a connected calendar can mark when they are free.
Send the invite. Click Confirm & send invites to put the meeting in everyone’s calendar.
Replace the old link everywhere. Swap the old URL for your whenmeet.me link in your email signature, website, LinkedIn profile and CRM email sequences or templates.
