What counts as an integration
Each connection you add counts once. Guests and the people you schedule with never count against your plan.
- Each calendar connection, including the account you sign in with
- Each public iCloud calendar feed
- Slack
- Each webhook
- Pipedrive, HubSpot and Salesforce (one each)
Teams, round robin and branding are free
There is no feature gate: team links, round robin, reminders and your own branding work on the Free plan. Accounts that already had more integrations before the plans were introduced keep them.
Payment, VAT and invoices
Pro is a single $99 payment through Stripe. VAT or sales tax is added at checkout where it applies (Stripe Tax). Companies can enter a VAT ID and get an invoice. There is no trial and no subscription — the Free plan is the trial.

Is WhenMeet.me really free?
Yes. The Free plan has every feature — group scheduling, booking links, team links, round robin and branding — with up to 2 integrations. There is no time limit.
What does Pro lifetime add?
Unlimited integrations. Pro costs $99 once; there is no subscription and nothing renews.
What counts as an integration?
Each calendar connection (including the one you sign in with), each public iCloud feed, Slack, each webhook, and each CRM: Pipedrive, HubSpot or Salesforce.
Is VAT included in the price?
The price is $99 before tax. Where VAT or sales tax applies, it is added at checkout by Stripe Tax. Companies can add a VAT ID and receive an invoice.
Is there a free trial of Pro?
No trial is needed: every feature is already free. Pro only lifts the limit of 2 integrations.
I already have more than 2 integrations. What happens?
Existing accounts keep the integrations they already connected. The limit only applies when you add a new one.
Do my guests need a plan?
No. Guests never sign up or pay; they book or answer from the link you send.
