How to switch from Microsoft Bookings
Open Links. Go to /links and sign in with your Microsoft account.
Set your hours. Under Availability, enter your business hours and click Save hours.
Create a link type per service. Under Link types click + New link type and copy the service name, duration and description; choose Teams for video (needs a work or school Microsoft account).
Recreate shared services. For services booked with several staff, add a Team link and invite your colleagues.
Replace the old link everywhere. Swap the old URL for your whenmeet.me link in your email signature, website, LinkedIn profile and CRM email sequences or templates.
Questions about switching from Microsoft Bookings
Can I import my Microsoft Bookings services?
No. There is no Microsoft Bookings importer; recreate each service as a booking link.
Does it work with Outlook and Teams?
Yes. Connect your Microsoft account and WhenMeet.me checks your Outlook calendar; with a work or school account it can add a Teams meeting.
Do I need a Microsoft 365 business licence?
A personal Microsoft account can connect its calendar, but adding Teams meetings to bookings needs a work or school account.
What about existing bookings?
They stay in your Outlook calendar. Only new bookings go through WhenMeet.me.
