How to switch from When2meet
- Open Find a time. Go to /app and sign in with Google or Microsoft so your busy times come from your calendar.
- Add the people. Add participants in "Meet with" and choose the meeting length.
- Let others mark their times. People without a connected calendar paint their free times on the grid, just like When2meet.
- Confirm the time. Pick from Best times and click Confirm & send invites.
- Replace the old link everywhere. Swap the old URL for your whenmeet.me link in your email signature, website, LinkedIn profile and CRM email sequences or templates.
